Message from PRO President, Jo Rosen March 2014

pros-luck-o-this-irishTop of the mornin’ to ya! I think is how they would greet you in Ireland… St. Patrick’s Day is here! It’s time to look out for those leprechauns, search for a four leaf clover and find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

While the “Luck of the Irish” is enjoyed by many, those dealing with Parkinson’s need much more than LUCK to sustain ultimate quality of life during their journey. The team at PRO (Parkinson’s Resource Organization) offers the support of Experience, Community and a Wealth of Resources to all touched by Parkinson’s.

Each month it is our joy to bring information, tangible hands on resources, advise and inspiration to our readers. If you are a caregiver, a patient, a family member or friend who is challenged by Parkinson’s, please enjoy our newsletter, SHARE IT with others and find comfort in knowing WE are here for YOU in every sense of the word. We are funded through donations, corporate and private sponsorships so that we may offer all our services to YOU…FREE OF CHARGE.

Enjoy the articles, contact us and share your thoughts and questions. Here’s what’s NEW at PRO this month!

We have NEW AND EXTREMELY PROMISING information for you in this month’s issue starting with the UPDATE ON THE ROAD TO THE CURE.

PRO recently hosted a support talk presenting Dr David Song MD from San Diego. It is our pleasure to make this talk available to our readers. Watch the Video for current information about Dr. Songs practice as well as his thoughts on current Parkinson’s treatments. Click here to view

Have fun finding the leprechaun in TRANSCRANIAL DIRECT CURRENT STIMULATION (tDCS), and the four-leafed clover in TOP FOUR LEGAL DOCUMENTS EVERYONE MUST HAVE.

On behalf of everyone benefiting from our efforts, we thank ALL who responded to make donations, enabling us to continue delivering the message. We urge you to continue. Please donate by mailing a check to the address on the cover or go online to our secure website
