A NEW CHAPTER FOR PRO: WE'RE MOVING (LOCALLY)!
Category: Newsworthy NotesPRO is excited to announce that we are relocating to a new office space this summer — a move that represents growth, collaboration, and a fresh new chapter for our organization and community.
Beginning August 1, PRO’s new home will be located in the Berger Foundation Building at:
42600 Cook Street, Suite 210
Palm Desert, CA 92260
PRO will continue to also use the mailing address of:
74478 Highway 111, #102
Palm Desert, CA 92260
We are especially excited to join a building where nonprofit organizations coexist in a shared spirit of service and community impact. The Berger Foundation Building is known as a hub for organizations working to improve lives throughout The Coachella Valley, and we are honored to become part of that environment.
Our new location offers many conveniences for visitors, including plentiful parking, elevator access, and a welcoming, professional setting. Office doors will remain open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we look forward to welcoming everyone into the new space.
As we prepare for this transition, PRO programming will pause during the month of July. This means there will be no support groups or special events during that time as our team focuses on settling into the new office and preparing for an exciting season ahead.
While the move will save money in the long run, the transition itself comes with significant upfront costs, including movers, equipment replacement, technology setup, and tenant improvements needed to make the space fully functional for our staff and constituents. Operational decisions like this office move are deeply grounded in our mission — working so no one is isolated because of Parkinson’s.
If you would like to support PRO during this exciting transition, please consider making a gift at www.parkinsonsresource.org/move. Every contribution helps ensure we can continue providing free programs, trusted resources, educational support, and compassionate connection to the Parkinson’s community.
We cannot wait to welcome you to our new home and begin this exciting next chapter together.
