On March 4, PRO Executive Director Eileen Lynch attended the State of Healthcare: Shaping Healthcare Today and Tomorrow event hosted by the Rancho Mirage Chamber. The program explored emerging trends in healthcare, including innovation, strategy, and the growing role of AI.
On March 19–20, Eileen and PRO staff participated a PRO/AM Shuffleboard Tournament in Desert Hot Springs, bringing together participants of all experience levels for friendly competition in support of PRO’s free programs.
Eileen attended the Rock Steady Boxing Desert Cities Mixer on March 23, held at Casuelas Café. Sponsored by Abbott and featuring guest speaker Kelly Kendrat, the event highlighted advancements in Parkinson’s treatment.
PRO staff also participated in Yucca Valley’s Senior Spotlight Resource Fair on March 25. This event focused on healthy aging and connection, offering attendees access to valuable resources, screenings, and local service providers — including support for Parkinson’s and caregiving.
Also on March 25, Eileen was featured in a Desert Chat segment at KESQ, joining Dr. Sebti and other experts to discuss Parkinson’s Awareness Month.
Importantly, Eileen attended a Desert Estate Planning Council meeting focused on probate complexities, strengthening PRO’s knowledge base to better support families navigating long-term planning.
These engagements reflect PRO’s unwavering commitment to showing up, staying connected, and working so no one is isolated because of Parkinson’s.
