Caring Loving Sharing Caregivers

Jill Osorio – Founder of Caring, Loving, and Sharing Caregivers

Jill Osorio, founder of Caring, Loving, and Sharing Caregivers, has devoted over twenty years to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families. Her passion for caregiving began in childhood as one of 13 siblings, where she naturally took on the roles of helper and leader.

After graduating high school, Jill attended the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines and volunteered at Makati Medical Center. There, she discovered the deep fulfillment that comes from making a difference in people’s lives. In her second year of college, she moved to the United States to be closer to family, adjusting to life in California while working to support her loved ones and temporarily pausing her education.

In 1988, Jill resumed her studies, earning her caregiving certification. Over the next 19 years, she gained extensive experience, honing her skills and building a deep understanding of client needs. In 2007, she realized her vision by founding Caring, Loving, and Sharing Caregivers — an agency built on the principles of respect, empathy, and personalized care.

Jill’s leadership centers on preserving dignity, fostering independence, and enhancing quality of life for every client. She believes care should be delivered as if for one’s own family, a philosophy that guides every policy and practice at her agency. Through her dedication, Jill has created a team of caregivers committed to making each client feel valued, supported, and truly cared for.

Why Our Services Benefit People with Parkinson’s

At Caring, Loving, Sharing Caregivers, we understand the unique challenges of living with Parkinson’s disease. This progressive condition affects movement, coordination, and sometimes memory, making daily tasks more difficult over time. Our compassionate caregivers are here to provide the support needed to maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

We assist with everyday activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating, ensuring comfort and safety without taking away a person’s sense of control and dignity. Since Parkinson’s often requires strict medication schedules, our team helps manage reminders and dosing, reducing the risk of missed treatments and symptom flare-ups.

Mobility support is a key part of what we do. We help prevent falls by assisting with walking, transfers, and light exercises that promote balance and strength. Our caregivers also ensure that the home environment is safe and accessible.

Equally important is emotional well-being. Parkinson’s can sometimes lead to isolation due to reduced mobility or difficulty speaking. Our caregivers offer genuine companionship, conversation, and opportunities for social interaction to keep spirits high and minds engaged.

For families, our services bring peace of mind. Knowing a trusted, caring professional is there means loved ones can focus on enjoying quality time together instead of worrying about safety and daily care.

Whether it’s physical assistance, emotional connection, or simply being a trusted friend, our goal is to support those with Parkinson’s so they can continue living life to the fullest at home.
